Common questions
That is rarely what happens or what we recommend. Automation is best aimed at the tasks people dislike and do badly when busy — the copying and chasing. It frees time for work that needs judgement. If your goal is specifically headcount reduction, we would rather discuss that openly than have it emerge later.
It will, sometimes, which is why the design matters more than the model. Anything consequential gets a human approval step, everything is logged so you can see what happened, and there is always a manual fallback. An automation with no failure path is a liability, not a feature.
Usually modest — most automations cost a few hundred rupees a month in API usage, and we will estimate it before building. We are also clear when running costs would outweigh the time saved.
